Expanded Roles and Responsibilities
In their new capacities, Mr. Nejade and Mr. Arnaud-Deromedi will:
- Fundraising Support: Leverage their extensive networks to assist GTW in securing capital for its innovative projects.
- Representation: Serve as GTW’s ambassadors in engagements with government agencies, trade associations, and international organizations.
- Advisory Role: Offer strategic counsel on globalization efforts, long-term business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other initiatives aligned with GTW’s growth objectives.
- Offtake Agreements: Utilize their industry connections to facilitate offtake agreements for GTW’s sustainable energy projects.
About Henri Nejade
Mr. Nejade brings over three decades of international management experience in the chemical industry. He joined Brenntag Group in 2008 as President and CEO for Asia Pacific, where he expanded the company’s footprint across Southeast Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand, and China. In 2015, he was appointed to Brenntag’s Management Board, overseeing operations in both the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Mr. Nejade holds a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, an Executive MBA, and a Corporate Governance certificate from INSEAD, France.
About Jean-Marc Arnaud-Deromedi
Mr. Arnaud-Deromedi is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep roots in Singapore’s business community. He has led his family’s interior design business for over two decades and co-founded NeaD Pte Ltd, a strategic consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and global product development. Beyond his business ventures, he serves as the Honorary Consul of Monaco in Singapore and has been a French Foreign Trade Advisor since 2017. His commitment to environmental causes is evident through his active involvement with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation Asia, where he contributes to raising awareness about environmental challenges in the region.
